Services

All services are pay-as-you-go. You are never asked to commit to a set number of lessons.

Consultations:

If you are thinking about adopting a dog, make the process easier with Pre-Adoption Counseling. This can be done in your home (in-depth) or over the phone (overview). During the counseling session I can answer such questions as:

• Is this the right time for you to adopt?
• Which breed(s) match best with your lifestyle.
• Where to find your new best friend and what to expect at shelters or rescues.
• What to look for and what to avoid in a dog.
• What equipment and supplies are needed?
• How to make the transitional period less stressful.

Before bringing a new dog into your home, having the dog evaluated by a professional trainer will help you get a better idea of the dog's disposition and any potential behavior problems.

Behavior Assessment – Some dogs take more time to adjust to new environments than others. Learn what specific behaviors mean and how to ease the transition. Also learn what motivates your dog and get recommendations on training options right for you. Call or email to learn more.

Training:

Private training is the preferred method simply because we address your specific concerns directly in the environment where they occur. Sessions are customized for you and your dog. Scheduling is flexible to fit your time and budget. Puppy training, Obedience, Targeted Training and Behavior Modification are offered in the convenience of your own home.
